Bonnet latch spring size. URGENT
« on: 12 March 2010, 17:18 »
The spring popped off my bonnet latch on the slam panel side, not the big spring on the bonnet.
Local garage have an assortment of springs etc but roughly how long is the spring for this? Would a brake shoe spring do the job well enough?

Wanna get down there before they close

Jezza thats brilliant thanks for that, smaller than I thought. Top man

Listers VW are useless, couldnt find ANYTHING I asked for on ETKA even with a very good description of each part!!

When I asked for part numbers they refused to give them to me!!! Guy was just bumbling about and doing alot of umming and arr ing.

So does anybody know the part numbers for breather hose kits etc ? The bung for the flying saucer and all that kinda thing? (RUBJONNY)
