Good wash of my golf and a micro golf meet
« on: 09 March 2010, 19:54 »
I thought with the weather been very kind if not a little cold yesterday I would give the Golf a bit of a going over, long time needed   Taping up after a good wash...

A couple of afters

And a few customers  nice to meet both Neil(Neil GTI) and Gilly(R32UK)

Very nice lads Neil took me out in the Revo'd red gti and I was blown away with how fast but smooth it was, awesome cars.

Need to save pennies now for new Gti

great pics.. and I do have to say both yours and Neils did look very nice in the sunshine... i actually took some motivation from that and drove down to my nearest hand car wash today

Did get home and also managed to get that cake out... I always knew it would be a good idea to let it dry first!

Just in case anyone was wondering about the WVR wheels on Neils car.. they look even better in the flesh! Deffinately the best wheels to grace the mk6

p.s. Darren did that disk have the speed cams on? because I am quite sure they are not showing up. Or would i have to fully save them for that?

Yes good to see you again Gilly at the mini meet
I think you have to tick the boxes in the RNS for them to show, there is all different speed limits that need activating ?

Yep that's correct Neil, you've got to activate all the speed cams as POIs. Takes a while but worth the effort!

I'm jealous, I wish I had friends.

GTI mk6, 3dr Manual (Yes Manual! If I wanted a Taxi I'd hail one, not spend £1500 on one), Candy White, Full Leather, Xenons, ACC, 18", RCD510 + Dynaudio, DAB Radio, Winter Pack, Luxury Pack, Fiscon Bluetooth Plus, Golf R LED's.
