What is this DSG of which you speak - is it clockwork, or witchcraft?

I'd rather drive a Tractor than a DSG.

DSG V Manual  - I've always had manuals so i thought i'd have a change and try thr DSG hopefully i will get on with it. If not i'll trade it in and swap for a manual.

Here we go again slating the GTD off!! I have just done 800 miles in the GTD DSG in a week and its nothing like a tractor, better than the GTI so stick that in your pipe and its faster!!!

DSG Rules...it is as simple as that...
In 2010 you don't poke a stick around in a hole anymore (if it is about cars).......all called progress 
If you want to engage...use the flippers......closer than that towards a Racing car you simply can't get... .

Of course it's well established knowledge that the GTD is faster than the GTI - but it is still a bit tractory isn't it? I'm told that if you look behind the rear number plate there's a power take-off for ploughing implements.

On a very long journey the GTD will most probably arrive at its destination earlier than the GTi because of its better fuel consumption.
Therefore, it is the faster car!
I've just choked!

Regarding DSG: I think it is brilliant, but not for me. It is a matter of choice.
