the clip part was loose hanging off and the piece the clip clips onto is bent!!! would this get me a boost leak??? its form intercooler up.

depends on the condition to be honest.  If the lugs are ok then get some new clips and o-rings and put it back together

Otherwise new hose time

I can see the red pipe also on when I look through the drivers side wheel arch. Should you be able to see the red pipe? or should it be closed off completely?

that pic looks like the back of the pancake pipe to the red turbo outlet pipe??  you best hope the red pipe ain't got a leak - its £100

you should be able to see it go into the rear of the pancake pipe but obviously it shouldn't have any holes in it!
