wheres the best place to buy tyres?

i live in manchester,

also whats a decent brand? or shud i go for cheap and cheerfull..... hmmmm???

black circle tyres, just bought 4 pirelli  p6000 for 40 quid each, plus 12 quid delivery, no point in putting cheap tyres on at this price, they are 195/50/15,s.
