strange noise

out in my new mk5 gti today heard a strange gurgling noise from dash only when air con on sounded like water  circulating any one had this?  K.Davies

Yes, my 56reg gti does this from time to time. My climate control is on all the time. I've never thought it was anything serious,and it's been like that for 3 years!

thanks scotland didnt think it was serious but you never know only got the car yesterday been in cars a long time as a driver and a mechanic never heard a noise like it before. Kevin

I was told it was a small pump dealing with condensate build up.
Yes gurgling is quite normal from "our " babies

Nothing to worry about, most cars with climate make this noise.
