Started a claim Jan 04 and still in process but only calming for 300ish for my alternator and  getting recovery from were it happened, the spring didn't know about till a week or so after i sent claim in and now my suspension bushier and the dish part.

Still waiting for that part Wazzer  :laugh: lol

rheady you shouldn’t have said anything , got home . . and there was a letter from the council saying there not libel for the damage saying that it was between there maintenance checks so " i have now investigated the incident and am sorry but do not feel able to offer you any form of compensation". . . . well i am defo not letting this go, the pot hole nearly swallowed my golf lol, well not quite but when i hit the pot hole my head smashed against the roof liner, was bad . Think angry letter time lol  :grin:

so cos they knew it was there it's not their fault?  :undecided:

Ask to see proof of when the road was last checked, did the pot hole have any markings around it? If not then they haven't seen it...

it had been filled a day earlier, so wasn’t done correctly! ill get my cash back even if it take a yer i dont give up  :evil:

oks the part i need is number 8  . . . i think looks a tiny bit diffrent, number 6 and 5 which were damaged as well and number 9 sheard about 1inch from the top.
