just a quickie guys i was looking at dropping the golf around 30-35mm on either jom or supersport matched shocks and springs and i have seen some nice 18inch alloys come up cheap (18 with 225/40/18 and an offset of 35. just want to make sure it wont be left looking like a 4x4 or run into the wheels fouling the arches or spring cups issues.
dont fancy the coil overs as im looking for a progressive spring rate not a fixed one as the roads here are crap and full of pot holes, plus in the winter i want the 16's back on and a larger drop will sit the car on the floor and cause me issues with the speedbumps on the bottom of the hill :lol:
any advise is appreciated
