i use DHL daily and rarely have problems but as sid unless you take out the premium service which covers goods upto the value of £££ then u get the basic £50 cover!

how much did u pay for the shocks?

I just spoke 2 DHL an i asked em about this 50 quid thingymyjig, 
An they said INCORRECT,
An may even replace with new set off shocks an springs when they look into it,
