15" team dynamics 1.2's
« on: 27 February 2010, 23:05 »
Anyone know the biggest discs you can get under these are. I am after some trackday alloys for the mk2 but have Audi TT brakes with 312mm front discs on 16" alloys (not team dynamics). Am I dreaming thinking these will fit over them.

Thanks in advance

no they wont.
I had a saxo vts with 284mm brakes and they just fit any bigger and it's 16"s. I know it's a different car but maths is the same for anything.

not if your running dinky wilwood calipers etc.

and saxos run high offsets, meaning the caliper will sit closer to the wheel sopkes etc.

so no, maths isnt always the same.

15" Compomotive mo's will fit over 312brakes iirc.
