This was the cheap one that I had, no gap and fitted well, the other 2 I had were very poor.

Drew, if you want a genuine one you're gonna be looking at around £100. Both sides are £35 each excluding VAT, but the right hand side isn't available so has to be ordered and couriered from Germany which will cost a bit. They are available though so :)

gonna order one from europarts place or what ever its called as in the pictures they look very felexible! couldn't of done that with the ones i've had so far. got rubber to buy and adapters for my D90's so £100 on a splitter will have to wait.

It is a lot but if you were going for an all genuine MK3 it would be a must. Hopefully that linked one will be just as good though. :)

bluddy hell, this was only supposed to be a quick thread on wether someone has tried one of the (links) vr6 splitters.... Its gettin huge this thread haha.

£100 for a splitter is crazy money.

£20 for a decent enough good quality one is perfect :afro:

Not really chris. . . i'm up to £86 now on splitters! and if this one comes and cracks like an egg i'll have to get another!!  :angry:

You'll have to be more careful and stop driving into speedbumps at speed and hittin kerbs front first :afro:

its the kerbs!! they come and sneak up on you and take your poor splitter by suprise!

hopefully this one does the trick so get one ordered mate!  :cool:
