I bought an ebay one which came in JOM packaging. Lasted about a week before the side of it shattered to pieces from decking out. Fitted really badly on the sides and didn't join properly in the middle, but only was a tenner, now I want a proper one. Back to the GTI style one now, but doesn't look as good

That one you have was obviously made with ABS. as this material will brake,crack very easily coming into contact with anything.

Polypropylene is the material a VR6 splitter should be (as is on standard)

Polyprop will flex and should not brake/crack like your had. it will mark/bend it but not brake it.

no screws. . .  just clip out, clip in. no need to jack it up either.  :smiley:



i'm on my 3rd spitter now since having it lowered a few weeks ago... all shattered/ snapped!



want one from the main dealer but said dont do them anymore!!  :sad:
