the baby seats turned up,
« on: 24 February 2010, 14:56 »
got my baby seat today, its recaro, and the blue matches the seats pretty well (hopefully better when i've cleaned the seats) got an isofix base for it. Does anyone else have one of these? does the mechanism loosen up over time? its just the mrs is struggling to undo it

i'll sort some piccys when i've gone and got some new batteries for the camera.

chuffed as fudge though - just need to see if the pushchair and the sub fit

expect some bits in the ice section of the classifieds if it doesn't fit

she's not due until end of may, its just i'm a child and wanted it sooner.

the isofix base is a pain, can't use the seat when the carseat is out without removing it.

also the pram won't fit in the boot with the sub in it

We've got a Recaro carseat mate.Straps do loosen up after a while, does look good against my blue Recaro seats, but as long as it keeps my pride and joy safe, anything else is a bonus...

the safety is the main thing, but ever since i got into cars i wanted something turbo'd with recaros and a matching recaro baby seat.

so do you have the maclaren pushchair then the techno xlr? Whats the best way of fitting it into the boot? when the shop people showed us they just mashed it in - glad i didn't get the display one

sorry for all the stupid questions but its wet and the boot needs a vaccum before i go and try myself.

Still no heard back from recaro about getting some material off them to retrim it. only like 2 months
