VW Racing alloys

I'm very tempted to get these with everyday tyres for the spring, summer, autumn months and keep my monzas with winter tyres for the winter.

will run it by the bank manager misses.

Got to be the best wheel and colour combo for the White and red GTIs   

I wear the trousers in my house (the wife just tells me which ones) :embarassed:

I don't believe so.
As far as I know there were only 6 sets in the UK...
Neil has a set.
That white GTI has a set.
I have a set.
VWRs Mk5 demo car had a set on (which I now own too)
And somewhere there are two more sets around.

But VWR say there will be no more of them.

You can still get the 18" versions but I'd go direct to Team Dynamics as they make them and get them for £300 less than the VWR branded versions.

No, the current ones are the Team Dynamics ones.

The old ones were 8.5" x 19" with less spokes, and the spokes were more square.

sorry just re read the post, i understand now, i really like the alloys youve got on the red gti. so cant get em anymore? ( are there no lookalikes available then? i want the same design alloys if thats possible? do you think the wheels would look ok on a mkv r32, this is my first time buying a set of alloys, so got tooo many questions. thanks in advance
