fuel pipe route from back of the filter under car 16v

Ive changed the fuel filter and now its leaking badly 

First of all where exactly does the pipe run in the haynes it says it goes to under the bonnet to the metering head (airbox)
does it go around the tank or under it 

Its the pipe closest he rear of the car and its metal 

Anybody else had this pipe leak and fixed it themselves please give me heads up

pipes are like so:
fuel pump -> accumulator -> filter -> engine

did you refit the old copper washers, or replace? or is it the actual pipe thats split
