Badge painting
« on: 14 February 2010, 18:57 »
Hi Folks,

Need your advice.

I am going to paint my front & rear VW badges to match everything else on the car  but just want to make sure I get the preparation right before I start .

Obviously I will rub them down with wet & dry but I know these have a habit of reacting . Would a normal neutralising primer be OK as a base layer??

Many thanks in advance,

Andy

I'm in the process of spraying my front grill and badge and I#d imagine the process would be the same. Here's a link to my thread where I got some info and help.
