205/40 17" alloys and handling

Hi, I have just put on new alloys on my mk3 Golf they are 205/40 17"  and I have notice the cars handling feels different to the old 14" standard wheels that were on, obviously more rubber in contact with the road but I was wondering if the camber can and should be altered at all and also if the tracking needs altering to suit the new width of wheel.

evening  might be worth gettin a 4wheel allignment done just to make sure it all ok

Getting wheel alignment done in the morning, is there anything else I need to do ( ie. camber, tracking/tow in/tow out) any info will be greatfully accepted.
Is this thread on the right part of the forum ??
