lol thats a given!

on a side note ive been fabbing up a plywood false boot floor... it still needs some work (and carpeting) but so far...:

cardboard template made from the OE boot carpet:

template transferred to plywood:

The cut-out on the OS is to allow for the battery. since those pics the ply has obviously been cut to shape and all edges (except the OS edge) have now got batons running around them to raise it up.... The OS edge of the floor is raised slightly so the ply wont sit flat unless i bulk up the other 3 sides with baton.

The horizontal line is to accept a covered piano hinge so i can still easily gain access to the wheel well (for tools etc) and access the battery clamp

still to do:
cut across hinge line and install piano hinge
cover with black carpet (i have a roll gathering dust in the garage!)

Treated myself to some fair condition BBS RZ's (cheers Adam) for sensible money including all four centre caps. I now have 5 of these, which is good as 1 is a touch ropey

These will be just a temporary/winter wheel until I sell the deep dish MIMs to fund my new wheel choice  :lipsrsealed:

If anyone is interested in the MIMs then PM me. Theyre 15x7J ET35 4x100 and the dish is close to 3". Here's a quick couple of pics, the dishes will be hand polished in due course. They have only 3 centre caps (not shown) which can be seen in previous pics:

cheers guys, i've never been much of a BBS fan because of all the fanboys (like the apple iphone) but they really suit it better than the MIMs, just need to sort some tyres, get the wheel weights sorted and clean them properly/give them a lick of paint
