Last night christine obviously didnt like having company, as whilst showing her off the mates the exhaust decided to start blowing
again 
The weld between the pipe and the narrow centre box has broken three times now, twice on the front and once on the back.
Seems like the system is too rigid for its own good! And as I cant be bothered taking it back to Longlife (30 miles away) I decided to have it repaired at work, rewelding the cracked joins and slotting a new flexi exhaust section within the decat pipe (pics to follow):


Finally sorted some side skirts (as seen above), and blacked the rest of the trim up to suit... before fitting the side skirts I cleaned, rubbed down and painted the sills to protect them.
Also got my £10 pipercross cone filter fitted (ebay bargain), again pics to follow once im happy with the mounting of it! At the moment the MAF sensor is fouling against a HT lead

But better than having a holey K&N
