although I didn't do mine myself it looked fairly straightforward and can be completed easily if you got a basic understanding of how a ratchet and socket works 

Make sure you got a decent trolley jack to support the engine

I've got the THS engine mounts and can't fault them at all.  Got the R32 dogbone mount but the THS one is much along the same lines

Cheaper than standard parts and better 

Don't forget the new bolts though as per the how-to link

when doing the lower dogbone mount, wheres the best place to put the jack to support the engine?

Always thought jacking it up on the sump was a no no?

just get a block of wood to rest between the jack and the sump - the engine mounts will be taking the majority of the weight anyway.  Its only in case the engine may drop a little though you may get lucky and it won't move at all
