hi everybody.
Just joined up i am 19 soon to be 20 years old and i am thinking about buying a MK4 golf gti turbo.

how are they standard on performance ?
Any advice how to get the bhp up?

Hi, i went from a 1.25 fiesta to a 1.9tdi and to me it goes like stink.  You must get one.  If you want a diesel go for the GT TDI though 150bhp.  Mines 100bhp

yea ive had a clio 1.2 for 2 years now just fancy a change, and the golfs look good solid cars.

had a look at a few GT TDI's there nice, good on diesel and pritty nippy too.

welcome  :smiley: the 1.8t isn't great in standard form but with a remap they go like stink  :cool: the only problem you'll have is insurance  :undecided:

yer the gti golf is abit high, but the gt tdi and tdi arent to bad. how do they go ?
