Classic insurance?
« on: 31 October 2004, 19:00 »
Hi,

i'm thinking of buying a late model (1991/92) mk1 cabby gti. Does anyone know if you can insure these cars under a classic car policy? If so, does anyone know of any insurance companies that offer classic cover for these cars?

Cheers

any car over 10 years old can be insured as a classic.? :o

HIC offered me a good deal (see pvw or the golf mags) with limited miles for my cab but you wont build up any no claims bonus, but if your insuring another car as well its worthwhile? :)
