This is what I've got so far:

Are those products good to start with? Is there anything else ppl can reccommend?

Some Megs endurance tyre gel would finish it off nicely if you don't already have something similar.

Add some speed detailer to that list and bilberry/redberry wheel cleaner

I read somewhere on here it was better to use a mitt for the wheels.

these brush's are soft and are perfectly safe to use on your rims, yes wash mitts are good to use on your rims but you cant reach iside the rims with though obviously avoid polished lips on your rims with the wheel brushes.
