just to add to Dan's post... last summer I did a classic faded red paint correction on an olop

your paint I would reckon should be correctable and protected for the futcher with a days work

thats the big question... some people would suggest paying £50 for a 'mop'

others prefer to pay a bit more and get a quality job... 

if this is your only problem... ie. red paint that is faded you probably won't need a respray to get some kind of decent paint back... a quick inspection and test panel will soon tell you...

prices can start at the 250/350mk and go up to a grand depending on what you want done and how bad the condition of the paint is to start with. sounds alot but theres alot of graft and skill involved in this job

Definitely not a re-spray job, a good machine polish and then some good protection will have that looking like new.
