The dreaded white worm
«

Hi
After joining this forum and and finding out about white worm i went and checked my wheels, to find i have it on all 4
My car is still under warranty but the thing is the white worm is only spreading from the area that have been curbed (by a previous owner), will this void my claim to get them done on warranty?
thanks
clint

I doubt they will let you claim in those circumstances, but why not give it a try?
I managed to get 2 x new wheels under warranty, but the whiteworm had started from the centre of the spokes (probably from a stone chip).
Best of luck.

Dont ask dont get but the fact they are curbed will not help your cause one bit. I highly expect VW to tell you where to go with it.
