On my second C now first was a black 16valver, looked very nice but not as quick as my Mk2 Golf GTi that she replaced. Current motor an M reg VR6 in a very rare one year only special order colour "violet pearl metallic " or something similar
. Standard apart from a K & N induction kit, the roar is just unbelievable when you stand on the throttle
Having to stand her up at the minute as funds are a bit short
, but she'll be back on the road in springtime when the sun is shining and the roads are a bit cleaner
The acceleration of the VR6 is awesome, as er indoors says when? we've got past the 120 as "it doesn't accelerate quite as fast"
Have been known to keep up with an M3 in the past but a chipped 200SX was a bit trickier
All in all agood car with a decent sized boot, adequate rear legroom for the kids and outstanding looks.
30mpg on a run down to 12 on a bl**dy good thrash, the only problem being that when you give her some beans you are travelling at a fair rate of knots?
