25mm? you'll hardly notice the difference! ?;) got to be at least 40 if not more!

small bumpers are definatley in fashion right now but i think they only work if you go for the retro overall look. ie modern wheels and small bumpers would look wack. and if your going to go small you gotta get that thing looking clean and simple as it fits the overall style. look in magazines at the people running small bumpers and see the other mods they've done to keep their cars looking fresh!

With 16's you notice enough of a difference. about as low as i can go and still be able to drive these wonderful suffolk roads without the arse ache of rolling the arches. he he.

yeah i know that arch rubbing problem, mine is on 8"x15"s at the rear on a pretty big drop, you can only just see the front tyres but i'm not sure what the drop is as its on coilovers and i just wound them down!!!

black with small bumpers never looks right i dont think. just looks too skinny at the front

i much prefer the 2nd pic, big bumper makes it look that bit wider and meaner. a single lamp grill might just finish it off!! (im not biased!!)

shame you don't have the big bumper sliders on the wings ?;)
theres nothing worse than saggy big bumpers ?:P

I don't have the big bumper sliders on mine!! I bet you couldn't tell though!!

but you cheated and took a frontal pic ?;)
now I know why Lol ?:D

nah not too bad unless you take people in the back. might have to do them anyway, just for practicality. does anyone remember in 'the golf' they had plans for an arch rolling tool? me and a friend are going to make one so i'll let you know how we get on. don't hold your breath though, its not a priority!
