I've joined the club and bought a GTi today, one of my main preferences when looking for one was the 18" Monza II wheels. The car I bought was at a bargain price so it came with the standard 17" wheels.

Therefore I'm after a set of 18" Monza II's, apart from ebay is there anywhere else I can find a genuine set? I see ebay has a lot of replica types, are these any good?

The current 17's on the car are unmarked with virtually brand spanking new tyres on them. I will sell these once I find a set of 18's.

Thanks

£800 - £1000 I would have thought if tyres are virtually unused ???

Yep on the case right now. Any ideas how much I could sell the unmarked 17" Monza's for with virtually brand new tyres?

Also those MK6 Shadows, do they have exactly the same width, offset and stud arrangement as the MK5 Monza II's.?

I'm on the case with the Shadows at the moment, hopefully I can get them, if not I'll settle for a set of Monza II's.

Will drop you a PM once I've got to 10 posts................now what complete gibberish can I talk about!

Any feedback of the Shadows on a black Mk5 three door would be fab as well.

Yes, that was riding on Eibach Springs, approx 30mm lower.
