one incident and the repairs are going to cost twice as much as the sensors. I used to be against them but now i have seen the light... think of it as an insurance policy :embarassed:
I was the same - I thought sensors looked sh1t (which they do!) and were for old people who couldn't park. Once I hit something and claimed over £1200 (£500 excess OUCH!) for a new rear bumper on my ED30 I realised that £400 for sensors wasn't such a bad idea!
Better safe than sorry.
Hopefully the dent will pop out with some expertise... otherwise a new boot lid which would be scary priced and another insurance jobbie.
