This evening I've tidied up yesterdays welding and cracked on with the other sill Very happy with how the wiper blank replacement has turned out, but the sills will need a little skim of filler I think.

Nearside sill;



Wiper blank delete;



Chopped out the sill on offside;



Patch tacked in;



Welded and tidied up;



Unfortunately it was getting late and whilst hurrying to get it finished I got a little over exuberant with the flap wheel result is a low area on the outside of the sill which will have to be taken care of with a little filler.



Two more bits to go, then it's roll over time
