golf gti 20v T spec please im about to buy 1

 :laugh: alrite guys, just wondering what the real weight is of the 20v T is any 1 no?  because i checked on parkers and it said like 1232kg and on auto trader it said 1700kg !!!
    Also would like to know what they do 0-60mph before and after an r tech remap to about 200bhp because thats what ill be getin as soon as i get the car.

0-60 8.5 secs to approx. late 6's/low 7's.  30-*** is where you really notice the difference, though. 8)

In the dry, yes. Late 6's ish.

In the wet, it's hard to launch off the line in 1st gear because there's so much more torque, but as I was trying to say, once rolling, the car is in the next performance league (well, straight line speed, anyway) with the Civic Type R's & Clio 182's etc.. :)

How often are you really going to do a full bore 0-60 start? The answear is not very, as Ivor as said, the real money is in the 30 - xxx.

Depending on what turbo you have depends on what power figures you get from a remap.

AGU / AZR engines come with a Ko3 which will remap to 185-195
AUM / AUG engines come with a Ko3s which will remap to 200 - 200ish

£150 sheets & your ko3, plus you pay R-Tech to swap them & it's yours, lol!  :P  :D
