Noticed yesterday on the motorway that i have a wobble between 60-80 hope its just a wheel weight that has come off and not a buckled wheel
From the damn potholes  :undecided:

Ooooh nooooo!
Probably just the wheel weight, otherwise you'd feel it all the time.

Get them balanced tomorrow and see

Maybe keep the snow tyres on for a while yet, snow forecast for the week after next

Already swapped by local tyre depot £16 four wheels off, all hubs copper greased as wheels were well stuck on, four other wheels back on and tyre pressures checked, hows that for a service

Napp not happy with snow coming back  The Git will be put to bed in the garage if it does,

Note to self, must get it washed starting to look like Gillys

VW washed mine for me!!

next time it needs a wash and a vac i think i will just say its making funny noises  :lipsrsealed:

You back then Gilly, no broken bones
Did they sort your Git out for ya while you was away

Back in one bit thankfully

Dropped it off on saturday before i flew out. they dropped it back on thursday evening. Not spoken to them about what they have done.... but i am pretty sure they have reflashed it back to the std map

Gonna fill her up with juice and try break her later on this evening

I tell you, it's so nice to have both of you around. Did you also know I have been in touch with our friend Kev?
He'll be back soon once he sorts his house-move and internet access.

Called into the garage today to get all the wheels checked and balanced,
found out that i had 2 dodgy tyres  a couple of rubber blocks on the outside edge of the tyres were split and you could see the wire underneath,
Tyres still had 6mm of tread left on aswell  told them to fit 2 new tyres and balance all the wheels, back to smooth motoring again

When i called into the office to pay they said it was £480 for 2 F1 tyres fitted and balanced  i told him that no way was i paying that and he could take them off again  ended up paying £320 thought it was still a bit dear but she is back to normal once more
