mk3 vr6 as a track car?
« on: 15 January 2010, 14:14 »
Anyone running one?
Theres one on clubgti that seems to go well. Just wondering how the mk3 vr shapes up as a track car, in particular the Vento version, as we all know booted is better.
I would look at doing a mk2 transplant, but decent mk2 shells are getting so hard to find for sensible money!

Ive got my eye on a vento VR on a certain popular auction site.
S4 Avant. Eibach springs. 18" Avus. RS4 Intercoolers. Viper Tuned. Goes Fast.

Should be fine but I suspect a shorter diff ratio in the box will really bring it to life.
