V Power in a 1.8T

I really want to use V-Power all time but the MPG difference seems to massive between 95ron.

I`m finding that i`m getting better miles per gallon with V Power....... normal petrol I mainly got around 26 to 32 mpg pottering about, over the last few days my average is 34 mpg with the V power.....drives really smooth now, pity its going in the summer.......Told my daughter if she passes her test 1st time she can have it.

I also found v-power made a noticalbe difference in performance, didnt have much increase in mpg but pulled slightly better through the rev range, only problem is the nearest shell garage in 15 miles from me

So dont fill up with it that often.

its just in your head, i don't think it really do any wonders 

i've tried tesco 99, bp ultimate, v-power, ron95 and i dont feel any difference, so stick to tesco 95 and after every 3-4 tanks of it, i go for 99 to clean engine cause its high-octane

Think it varies from engine to engine mate, a know a few people who have definatly noticed a difference and others who havnt. In theory it should give a very slight increase in engine runnning due the higher octane rating. But i think some engines like it and some dont

Indeed. Its a must if you run a big turbo/ high performance engine
