Mk3 will be a classic - especially the VR6. It was the only hatchback out there with a 6 cylinder engine.I don't understand why the Mk3 gets such bad press. The Mk4 was the worst GTI IMO - and I mean the 1.8T, not the re-badged 2.0 Highline. Again the Mk4's which will be sought after classics will be the big-engined V5, V6 and R32.
