Yeah was good fun. Gutted I didnt win the remap  :lipsrsealed:
Nice to see everyone and meet a few new faces!
LOL

I have just got home, stinking of oil and fuel with filthy hands face and arms, finding it hard to keep mey eyes open while waiting for my chinese to come to the door so I can go bed.

Today was well worth the effort imo, nice to see some old faces, I got Adam TDI mixed up with Wazzser for some reson..lol........... so many of you willing to chip in and and help making the day run smooth.

The best result of the day IMO was an AGU running a spec1 remap with a Ko3s on the stock, downpipe and side mount intercooler at hitting 232bhp 231lbft WTF????  I thinks there is summat more to the ko3s turbo he is running.(got some play time booked next week)

Then Andy and Ian with the Retro Kadet c20let making 360bhp at 10psi then after a lot off effort trying to fully load the car and stop the wheels spinning at 6000rpm with Pip and Ian in the boot, it was put in to stage3 boost settings of 25psi to the redline and did two runs one at 470bhp and the next at 450bhp still spinning the tyres at 6000rpm+, so maybe 470bhp+ on a dyno with grooved rollers?

I would like to give HUGE HUGE thanks to Hulime for all of the hard work and effort he has put in to the lead up and during the event to today.  IMO he is a credit to himself. Plus I need to thank Pip, Rob, Matt, Ade, Ting Tong, Wright Automotive, Andy, Ian and Sally and her Baps.. :nerd:  and me whoe lovely wife Nikki..

Oh and Thank you to everyone who turned up, chipped in, donated money, time and prizes

Nick

What a great day, good to meet some new faces aswell as the usual suspects, shocked that many left after they collected their numerous prizes from the raffle but hey ho,it was all for a good cause.

I think nick had fun making my car spit flames

Didn't take any pics myself but i know Pat took loads,so it's just a waiting game untill he uploads them all.

Patch he had the same fun with my car, as i decided to put it on. still pushing around the 230bhp mark, just down abit on torque.

was a shame that alot of people left early as we planned a few more comps in the afternoon but unfortunatley the numbers wasnt there.

next year hope we can get people to stop around longer.

And well done to the lady and gentlemen that won the V8 coffee table. Hope you enjoy it.
