to be honest aint got a clue about the relays (think its just pulling the fuel and ecu/power relay out and plugging new1 in. but the throttle body cleaning: you take the air filter box of take the plastic intake off and then with the car turned off, spray carb cleaner onto the throttle body (butterfly flap) and use a tooth brush to clean it, then start car and hold the revs gently above 1.5k and then get a mate to spray inside, you could take the throttle body off like i did but then i had to get the idle valve controller reset and that cost £30 roughly. also when your revving your car and someone sprays in the throttle body the car will suffer and will try to cut out but just try to keep the revs steady.
