fold in mirrors

hi guy i no im asking alot of questions but never had v/w mk4 golf gti before.
jus tryed the fold in mirrors an it seems they are not working. any idears???.

they dont come with fold in mirrors unless u push them, its just a standard window consol that have the symbol. Just VW saving money.
