hi have been on here a few times and found it very usefull so thought i would join and see if i can help any one out as much as they have me. im mike and am from edinburgh am an mot tester by trade and also a time served mechanic so any mot related question fire away. am currently the owner of a 2001 gti which is slowly getting modded have had several golfs in various different flavors inc mk1 cab mk2 16v 3 mk4 gti turbos mk 3 vr6 and a couple of 1.4 s and 1.6s. someone once said to me once you have a golf nothing else is ever good enough and i for one have to agree.
