Quick Temporary Spark Plug Query
« on: 03 January 2010, 19:20 »
Hi, pre '90 8v digi. was only running on three cylinders, found No1 plug to be duff, the only spare I have is for a '90 1.6 driver we used to have, the throat length is the same as the one taken out so I put it in and it runs fine now but I'm just wondering if I'm safe to run it any distance with this plug in while I get a new set sorted?  The only difference I can see is that the new one is a champion and has three contacts whereas the one I took out is a bosch with 1 contact :undecided:

Nope wont be any trouble.. The 1.6 just ran cooler spec'd plugs which are more optimal for starting and running and warm
Sig Removed. No Longer Applicable. New Sig? Nah. Not Yet..
