Fitting an S3 intercooler
«

Just picked one up for a song, but have been told that I will need to get the aircon discharged and rechared after fitting. Is this correct? Is there no way around this?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks Topher - looks like you can just move the a/c rad out of the way whilst you fit the intercooler. The recharge was going to cost me another £75 (almost as much as the estimated fitting charge!)
