similar thing happened to me once, the witnesses changed thier story because the senile old arse that t-boned me, by overtaking me as i was turning right (while indicating), was old and his wife had cancer (does that make a difference?
) and i was young, in a company car and because of the shock was laughing!
as a result i got the blame for not giving the old boy enough time to react?!?!?!
luckily company's insurance but annoying just the same. the amount of times i thought of paying a visit to his house and emptying a can of break fluid over his car! might be worth getting some dodgy types to pay them a visit ...........
not much comfort but as long as your ok........
