just bought a GTI - does leather always have heated seats?

 I've just bought an ex-VAG UK GTI & am trying to figure out exactly what the spec is.

 It has Satnav & leather interior - the front seats are heated, is this always the case with leather or does it mean it has the Winter Pack, must admit to not noticing if it had headlight washers & the dealer didn't mention it ?

Im pretty sure all leather seats came with heated elements.

Leather always came with heated seats, winter pack was an optional extra pack (that added, amongst other things, geated seats for CLOTH seats).
