If you pull the black plastic cover off that covers the wiper spindle, you can remove the washer nozzle to give it a good clean. You will need a pair of pliers to pull it off tho.
If you do remove the nozzle, remember to put it back on so that the water squirts to the 2 o'clock position and not straight up into the high level brake light.
