Hi all... new to this as you can see!!

I owned a golf mk4 which i fell in love with...but sadly about 6 months ago i had a bad accident on the motorway and smashed it up =(

I want/need another car and it has to be another golf - mk4 or mk5!! I just not to sure on what to get...petrol or diesel?? What is more reliable etc. Just wondered what you guys thought??

Hello and weolcome to the forum.

Thats a shame about your Mk4. Hope you were ok after the smash?

I'll be selling my 2008 GT Sport TSI 170 (Petrol) in the next few weeks  :wink: :wink:

Ordered 28/10/2009. BW07 confirmed. production complete 10/02/2010. Arrived at dealers 17/02/2010. Driving on a 10 plate 01/03/2010.

Sounds good but i bet u want big £$$££ for it?? lol!!

Yea wasnt that bad hurt..broken wrist,whiplash etc!! Was very lucky to be honest!!

Just a broken wrist.... well that's ok then lol. Glad your all mended now.

It owes me a few quid right enough, i'll need to see.  :smiley:

Welcome  :smiley: hope you find yourself a new car soon. My old mk3 was smashed up by a bus so I too had to find myself another one. This place is great for advice and stuff :) so just whack your questions up. Don't forget to add pics once you get your car  :wink:
