I have arranged to pick mine up on the 1st February, I extended my current contract hire a month.
Not expecting to collect the GTD until March. I told the guy at the dealer to find me a decent car as I will be taking customers in it so needs to as plush as possible, not strictly true but if you dont ask you dont get and I would rather not end up in a FOX of something....lame; I'll only hurt it!

GTD White 5dr, ACC, Sunroof, winter pack, in transit.......

Hi, my 20 weeks is up this Monday, 4th Jan.  Arranging with the dealer to drop my car off and pick up the courtesy/hire car that evening.  Not sure what I'm getting yet, better not be a Prius!

prius's make me laugh, they ae meant to be THE eco choice but a bluemotion or many other cars with convential engines are better for the enviroment. I warned the dealer if I get a sh!te courtesy car I will not be resonsible for how it is returned...BTW happy new year everyone.....do your best in 2010.

I'm due to be offered a hire car from VW this month but the dealer has said I can keep my current motor if I don't like what is offered. All this without losing out on the p/x agreed so if you're told to accept a sub standard car, it may be worth digging your heels in if you can ? Guess if you're on a contract it's not as easy as doing a p/x though ...
