1.8 8v GTi Cab
I've still got big problems starting my cabby.
I've got a good spark now, and the earth is connected back to the head (from the dizzy).
Timming is spot on, checked it countless times.
But i've got a new problem, the fuel pump dosen't stop when the ignition is on(it used to).
I couldn't work out why it wasn't so i traced it back to be the airflow sensor plate, does anyone had any similar problems?
Also I found that unless this sensor plate is up, no fuel will come out of the injectors, the only problem is when the system is back together, the plate dosent seem to lift up, so i'm not getting any fuel. Hence not being able to start.
If anyone's got any ideas, please help.
