I have it was the only way to get my car back up
I often wonder why people never expect sarcastic comments from me - they're the only reason I speak...

Started snowing here yesterday so I am now snowed in also

If the golf decides it wants to carry me down to R-Tech on the Sunday what do you think the chances are of someone with more knowledge than me trying to get it running right if I make a donation

I figure when it's for charity we are allowed to be cheeky

I tried to get the car off the drive but failed :lipsrsealed: looks like a few days off work then

got the passat off the drive , then it BEACHED - the snow compacted underneath and the front wheels were off the ground .

I then had to dig under it and wait for the exhaust to melt it

Safely back on the drive

well have been camping at ISTS show before in the snow. Takes alot to stop me. But hopefully weather will not stop this from happening after all the hard work from everyone, the interest been show and things donated it would be a shame to have to cancel and delay.

Havent been able to drive my car today because of this stupid weather so i hope it all clears up by the weekend!

Also my cars booked in tommorow for a few goodies to be chucked on and my nice new brakes bled ready for the weekend so hopefully il be able to drive it in the morning, might have to go outside first thing take the bumper off and remove my induction kit as i dont fancy sucking up snow lol hopefully if i do have to do that it wont affect my results at the weekend too much!

The roads aren't that bad around hinckley. A47, A5, M1, M40, M42 and M69 all seem to be okay. Dig yourselves out of the driveway, take it easy out of the residential areas and the major roads will be fine!

Optimism R US.
