Hey people, iam new to the vr6, i have always had mk1 and mk2 golfs.
When i brought the car it need a new clutch, so wacked in one, job done. So i thought, the gears dont seem right, u put it into 1st but u get 4th, u go for reveres and get 1st, and to get reveres u have to really push to the left.
any ideas on it? new gear linkage kit?
also is there any common faults that i should look out for, one has popped up already, the rev counter comes in and out. some times it works, sometimes it dont.
any help would be great
