I got to work, took 25 mins to clean the snow 1" 1/2 thick ice off the windscreen, Gloucester had nothing at all

Frost shield FTW - took me 30 seconds to clear the snow  :smug:  made it to the A470 to find a copper and some cones stopping any further progress.  Never mind  :grin: :grin:

whats frost sheild??

basically a cover for the windscreen Frost Shield :smiley:  Lay it across your windshield, tuck the sides in each door and leave overnight; stops any frost forming

No point having one for the rear as thats heated.

Saves me about 10 minutes each morning  :smiley:

i just put mine in my garage  :tongue:

it took me 2 hours to get home yesterday though on a journey which takes 25 - 30 mins!

didnt really snow much in bristol, well it did but had to go to work 4wd FTW

if it did snow i would love to find a empty carpark and have me some driffting action   :evil:

tesco's do them frost shield for £2.00! picked one up tonight lol!

i hate the snow my car is so dirty i cant wait for the snow to go so i can give it a well deserved clean
